John’s awareness of his design program allowed us to design custom made cabinets and island with a beautiful finished result. His installation knowledge allowed for a seamless process and professional result. We were thankful to The Brownstone for allowing us to install our kitchen ourselves. John’s support did not stop once the products were delivered. He was always available and willing to assist with his expertise on the process. There was one damaged item and it was very quickly replaced. We were very pleased with quality of our kitchen. It is just as beautiful and sturdy as the day it was installed. It is obvious that John and Judy take such pride in their business and truly love to assist in the transformation of dreams of their clients. We interviewed many companies in the surrounding area and had been leery of Brownstone because we felt that your company would be out of our price range. Interestingly and surprisingly enough; not only were you folks the best in price but were also able to provide and complete the work quicker than any we had previously spoken too.

I knew from our interview and observation of your product that this fussy bugger wanted what you were selling and it worried me greatly in that I thought it was just not possible to sell a kitchen of that quality for that price; there had to be a mistake but how wrong I was! Honestly; this kitchen is something you would see in a magazine. Look at the beauty.

The quality of the product, the attention to detail in its design, construction and installation, the thickness of the panels, the soft close hinges, the counter-tops, under-mount sink, trim, wooden doors, everything is flawless!

We have had so many compliments on this kitchen we have lost track. How you were able to incorporate the corner cabinet design to include the stove and microwave is beyond me and the hardware is gorgeous and don’t even get me started on the installation team; these guys are professional and real craftsmen. We are in awe of what they did and how darn quick they did it.

In 2012 we underwent a large renovation of our home. We went to The Brownstone to consult with the team regarding a kitchen renovation. John sat with my husband and I multiple times to help with the design of our new kitchen. He gave us many great ideas and also took our ideas into consideration. The final result was a beautifully designed kitchen with amazing functions and style. We were able to incorporate a microwave drawer, pull out garbage and recycling, a wine fridge as well as a larger opening for a larger fridge. We added many upgrades and John and his team had no issues with this. Our final purchase was a beautiful quartz countertop.

As promised, the crew began install on the preset date and were finished their install on time. Our installer was great. We had no hiccups what so ever.

After 2 years of enjoying our kitchen, we had a few nicks in our cupboard doors. John went as far as calling the manufacturer to have them come in and take a look and everything was either replaced or repaired.

We are extremely happy with the customer service provided from The Brownstone and would not hesitate to use them again!

Our experience with The Brownstone team!!

For those of you out there that are uncertain where to start and which door to knock on…Our complete home renovation started with a kitchen design proposal from John that completely took us by surprise. We had visited two other kitchen cabinet makers, and John by far, surpassed our expectations. The fridge had changed location; the upper and lower cabinets lined up…Something we thought impossible with our old design. We, to this day, remember the WOW factor when the kitchen proposal was presented. Our kitchen is 100% custom, every inch of the kitchen space was put to use, and a multitude of custom conveniences makes it so special compared to what we used to have.

The Brownstone has a great team; Janet and Judy are always so friendly and helpful when meetings are to be scheduled, also providing accurate dates for ordering, templating, delivery and installation. This fun, professional, competent team would not be complete without the installer Marcel, what to say…Marcel’s workmanship is impeccable; he also has a calm and positive attitude, which makes him a perfect match with the rest of the team. We also can’t avoid mentioning something about the premium quality from Deslaurier Custom Cabinets. We had the opportunity to visit their facility and we can assure you they build excellent quality cabinets. Being both perfectionists, we can guarantee you that our expectations were high and that The Brownstone team has met and exceeded them. With a team like The Brownstone we would re-model our kitchen again any day!

When we first walked into The Brownstone showroom John gave us an excellent tutorial on their products. It amplified the quality and unique design.
